About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and how quotes and bookings work. The site is run by Ayoub Hammada, trading as Ibiza Mi Casa, Ibiza, Spain. Contact: brotherscompany81@gmail.com, +34 613 581 613.

Quotes and bookings

There is no online booking or payment. After you send the details of your property you receive a personal reply with available dates and a fixed price. A quote is not a booking: nothing is booked until you confirm it in writing, by WhatsApp or email.

The price, what is included and how the photographs may be used are those set out in the quote you accept. If anything in a quote differs from this website, the quote applies.

Weather and rescheduling

If the weather is bad on the day, the shoot moves to the next good day at no extra cost. If you need to change the date, let me know as early as possible and a new date will be arranged.

Delivery

Edited photographs are normally delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Video and larger projects follow the timing given in the quote.

Copyright

The photographs, films and text on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The photographer keeps the copyright in commissioned work; the client receives the right to use it as agreed in the quote.

Use of this website

The information on this site is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, are provided for convenience and are not under my control.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
