Ayoub Hammada

I photograph and film villas, holiday rentals and homes for sale across Ibiza, for owners, hosts and estate agents who need their property to look as good online as it does in person.

Photography and film from one person means one visit, one visual style and one point of contact, from the first message to the final files.

What I bring to a shoot

  1. Photography

Interiors, exteriors, pools and views, composed at eye height with straight verticals and true colour. Delivered edited, in listing order, ready for Airbnb, Booking.com and the property portals.

  2. Film

Property films and short vertical reels that walk viewers through the home the way they would experience it, cut to length for your website, listings and social media.

Background

I work as both a photographer and a filmmaker, and that combination shapes everything I shoot. Film teaches you to think in sequence: how someone moves through a house, what they notice first, where the eye rests. Photography teaches you to hold a single frame still until every line is right. Good property work needs both.

I work with villa owners, Airbnb hosts, rental managers and estate agencies across the island. The brief is always the same: show the property honestly, and make people want to be there.

Style and approach

Natural, true-to-life images. Rooms are shown at the height you would see them standing, with straight lines and colour that matches the real space, so the property guests or buyers visit is the one they saw online.

Light comes first. Every shoot is scheduled around the orientation of the house and the time of sunset, and rooms are photographed when the light flatters them rather than in a fixed order.

On film, movement is slow and deliberate. Each shot leads from one space into the next, so the video feels like walking through the house rather than a slideshow of rooms.

Editing is careful and restrained: exposure balanced between inside and out, lens distortion corrected, and nothing added to a room that isn’t there.

The best property images are the ones guests recognise the moment they walk through the door.

Working together

  • Photography and film from one person: one visit, one style, one quote.
  • A single point of contact from the first message to delivery.
  • Shoots planned around the light, with a preparation list sent beforehand so the property is ready on the day.
  • Files organised, named and sized for the platform they are going to.
  • A clear price before anything is booked, and no surprises after.
