Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Ayoub Hammada, trading as Ibiza Mi Casa, a property photographer in Ibiza, Spain. For any question about your data, write to brotherscompany81@gmail.com.
What data is collected
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no user accounts.
The enquiry forms do not send anything to this website. When you submit one, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message already written, and nothing is sent until you press send there. If you contact me, I receive what you choose to include: usually your name, phone number or email address, and details of the property such as its location, type and preferred dates.
Why it is used and on what basis
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the shoot, and deliver the photographs. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is never sold or used for marketing lists.
Who else processes it
Messages travel through the service you choose: WhatsApp (Meta) or email (Google Gmail). The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the service. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. For clients, contact and invoicing details are kept for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires.
Cookies
The site sets a single functional cookie called “lang” that remembers the language you chose. It contains no personal information and lasts one year. No consent is needed for it, and you can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to brotherscompany81@gmail.com. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
