Do I need to prepare the property?
A little. You receive a short checklist beforehand covering tidying, lights and outdoor furniture, so the property is ready when the camera arrives.
Can I add video later?
Yes, but it is simpler and better value to plan it in the same visit. Mention it in your message and the quote will include it.
Do you work with agencies and managers with several properties?
Yes. Portfolios are shot in the same style across every property, and seasonal updates can be added to existing sets.
What if the weather is bad?
The shoot moves to the next good day at no extra cost.
